Waivers for Unlawful Presence  and Permission to Reapply After a Deportation  were approved today for twin brothers. They applied for residence in Cd. Juarez through their US citizen father. Both are adults, single, no children. Their mother also a Permanent Resident. They had been ordered removed as minors by an Immigration Judge, but did not leave until their interviews in Mexico this year. Both cases now approved.

GM Family presented ill prepared waiver by another office in Cd. Juarez.  Family was given a deadline by Immigration of 84 days to submit more evidence. Family then hired our office and we presented a new waiver and mailed it to USCIS. Citizen spouse is a widow and his wife in Mexico is a cancer survivor. Family received good news today that waiver was approved.
